Current Positions:
Safety Administrator
Christenson Electric is looking for a Safety Administrator with a high degree of experience in a support role. The Safety Admin is responsible for assisting the implementation of an effective workplace safety program and culture throughout the organization. This position serves to ensure the organization upholds its safety philosophy and complies with safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements such as recordkeeping. This position will work with field and Safety team to ensure the accomplishment of site safety requirements, assisting in incident/accident investigations, and effective safety training. This position will also assist in recordkeeping, ordering safety items, safety pre-qualifications, event planning, scheduling, and research.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
· Utilize developed strategies to achieve safety goals and objectives.
· Collaborate at all levels of the organization on safety issues and championing a company-wide safety culture.
· Recording and scheduling safety related training to the appropriate staff.
· Tracking safety records and ensuring corrective actions from investigations are followed up on. This includes following up on requests for information etc.
· Assist in accident investigations and response. This should include near misses, safety violations and unsafe conditions/activities
· Help to compile data, etc.; prepares all pertinent forms and reports per program procedures and federal, state, local regulations associated with accidents
· Assist in claims management.
· Consult with Safety Director related to statistics in the organization as well as the industry
· Participates in conducting staff and craft safety orientation for new hires and planning and tracking training for current employees.
Organize, coordinate and manage monthly safety meeting
· Performs additional assignments per Safety Director
Project/Billing Coordinator
Administrative support for several Project Managers. Coordinate and create accurate invoices to our customers for Time and Material jobs and/or Fixed Price. Data entry of job accounting information. Job set up and tracking. Some account receivable processes including collections and managing aging on accounts. Knowledge of the Construction industry a huge plus.

Estimator
Christenson Electric is looking for an Estimator to support multiple divisions within the company. This position requires an individual who can carry out multiple tasks, maintaining a level of motivation, flexibility, and consistency. This candidate should be a self starter and can handle themselves in a professional manner in all situations. While maintaining a great deal of detail and accuracy, our Estimators support the final outcome of approved bid or RFP.
High Voltage
Because of our impact and continued growth in the High Voltage Industry, we are currently recruiting for a High Voltage Estimator/Project Manager. This position would specialize in distribution Substation work. Our Project Manager is responsible for providing leadership and management to assigned projects in a safe, profitable and timely manner, while being consistent with our committed values and standards.
